This is FOUR WAY Collaboration between two people:

I started on the right, covered my drawing all but one inch and mailed it to Bernard Dumaine in France...

He then continued the panel and when he was done - he covered up the entire drawing (all but one inch) and mailed it back to me in the USA.
I completed the 3rd panel, and repeated the above process.
Bernard finished the panel on the far LEFT side, and we decided the title together.
