The Beast , she is that "dark place" within each of us.
The place where you cannot feel the light.
The three heads symbolically represent:
the Past (on the left, looking away to those things which no longer exist, only memories)
the Present (the cold one, the piercing eye stares right at you) and
the Future (head facing away from us, hand extended to those things yet to come) It is dark there and a fearful vision to imagine what lies ahead for all of us.
The exposed internal organs ..exposes the sweet vulnerability of each person, torn and leaking from one's body.
Arms dangling on each side of the beast, limp and lifeless, lazy and useless.
The "gift" of knowledge is held like a precious gem in the Present's hand.... she clings to it, but really - it is useless.
The true light, glows from the upper left hand corner - indiscriminately waiting for the time it is released on humanity and this nonsense comes to a halt.
